TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
By booking a wellness, fitness session or workshop with Priority Pilates you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out below.
We want you to enjoy and benefit from your sessions. The terms and conditions below are set out to help you do this and to safe-guard our sessions.
Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings are made through our website, via emails or signing up using our online or paper registration form.
Your space in a group class, program or workshop is not confirmed until we have received payment from you for the full block/program of classes or individual workshop. We offer different payment options depending on your class type, including online, direct bank transfer, cheque or cash. No refunds or exchanges can be given, so please be sure of your purchase.
Online sessions can be paid via card payment or bank transfer only, prior to class.
Private sessions can be paid either by cash or cheque on the day or via bank transfer within 2 days following the session.
Receipts/invoices are available on request.
All sessions (group, private, programs or workshops), once booked, are non-refundable, non-changeable and not transferable to another person. These terms are applicable to everyone in all circumstances.
Courtesy Class swap system for termly-booked classes
We run a courtesy ‘class swap’ system for our termly-booked classes, which means that if you know in advance that you are not going to be able to make a class, you can swap your class to a class on a different day or time of a similar level, subject to availability. You can even ‘make up’ a class in advance of you being absent! Please email me to check on availability for your preferred swap class time date.
Class swaps are limited and reliant on all clients telling us when they cannot attend so that other clients may fill their space. All swaps must be booked in advance and cannot be carried over to subsequent courses. Please still cancel your space even a few hours before the class in case someone is waiting to swap into the space. If you need more information, please contact us on infoprioritypilates@gmail.com or 07958 596 597
Private Session Appointment Cancellation Policy (single session or booked as part of a program)
Appointments made are not transferable to another person. You can cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the appointment and not be charged. After 24 hours, you will be charged for the session.
Workshops Cancellation Policy
Cancellations in writing prior to the workshop date will be refunded as follows:
• With 21 or more days’ notice – 50% of fees;
• Less than 21 days’ notice – Nil.
Equipment and what to bring
We supply mats and any small equipment you may need in our physical classes only.
For hygiene and comfort reasons, many people like to bring their own mat with them.
Please ensure you bring your own water bottle with you to class.
